湖州太湖明珠酒店是由两个对称塔楼通过连接体形成的巨大环形结构,单塔采用钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构体系,连接体采用双向钢桁架转换体系。采用ETABS三维计算软件对太湖明珠酒店的结构方案进行了分析,得出在这种结构体系下,核心筒剪力墙承担了在各种工况下的几乎全部的水平剪力,且墙体配筋率在规范允许范围之内;钢框架结构主要应力比控制在0.75之内;各种总体控制指标均满足现行规范;同时对双向转换桁架、空间曲线钢柱的主要受力性能做了定性的阐述。
Taihu Lake Pearl Hotel Huzhou is a huge ring structure formed by two symmetrical towers connected by a connecting body. The single tower adopts a steel frame-concrete core tube structure system, and the connecting body uses a two-way steel truss transfer system. The ETABS three-dimensional calculation software was used to analyze the structural scheme of Taihu Lake Pearl Hotel. It was concluded that in this structural system, the core cylinder shear wall bears almost all the horizontal shear forces under various working conditions, and the wall distribution Rebar ratio is within the allowable range of the specification; the main stress ratio of the steel frame structure is controlled within 0.75; all kinds of overall control indicators meet the current specifications; and the main force performance of the two-way conversion truss and space curve steel column is qualitative.
