　　In the course of cancer cell metastatic,cell adhesion molecules are essential for transducing intracellular signals responsible for adhesion,migration,invasion,and organ-specific metastasis.It has been proved that when the interaction between the metastasis-associated protein and its receptor or ligand is inhibited,the metastasis mediated by this protein will be inhibited as well.
