　　Doxorubicin (Dox) is an anthracycline used to effectively treat several forms of cancer.Unfortunately,the use of Dox is limited due to its association with cardiovascular complications which are manifested as acute and chronic cardiotoxicity.The pathophysiological mechanism of Dox induced cardiotoxicity appears to involve increased expression of BAX,Bcl-2,Caspases-3 and Superoxide system in cardiomyocytes,followed by cellular apoptosis.

黄精多糖对脂多糖(LPS)诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)损伤的保护机制研究

目的:探讨黄精多糖对LPS诱导HUVEC损伤的保护作用.方法:采用HUVEC为研究对象,MTT法检测黄精多糖对LPS诱导HUVEC损伤的影响,Hoechst33258荧光染色法检测黄精多糖抗凋亡的作用效果.结果:黄精多糖与HUVEC共培养后没有引起细胞活力的明显改变,排除了实验中药物的直接细胞毒作用,通过MTT法可以发现,黄精多糖可以显著减少LPS与HUVEC共培养后,LPS对HUVEC造成的损伤
