The denitrification phosphorus removal efficiencies of a sequencing membrane batch reactor under different DO conditions are studied, and the results show that NO2-has an inhibition threshold value specific to anaerobic denitrifying phosphorus uptake which increases with the decrease of the concentration.When DO concentrations are respectively 2.0~2.5mg/L, 1.2~2.5 mg/L and 0.5~0.8mg/L, the anaerobic denitrifying phosphorus uptake inhibition threshold values are respectively 10mg/L, 15mg/L and 20mg/L;under high DO (1.2~2.5 mg/L)concentrations, phosphorus-accumulating bacteria preferentially use O2 as the electron acceptor to carry out phosphorus uptake, while under low DO (0.5~0.8 mg/L) concentrations, the sludge can use NO2-and O2 as the electron acceptor to carry out phosphorus uptake, and when DO concentration decreases to 0.5~0.8mg/L from 2.0~2.5mg/L, anaerobic phosphorus uptake volume increases to 45 3~8.86mg/L from 0.3~0).56mg/L, on the contrary, aerobic phosphorus uptake volume decreases to 6.52~9.78mg/L from 14.68~15.2mg/L, however, the total phosphorus uptake volume (the sum of aerobic phosphorus uptake volume and anaerobic phosphorus uptake volume) of the sludge has not changed much.DO has a relatively significant impact on DPAOs, and during DO decrease to 0.5~0.8mg/L from 2.0~2.5mg/L, the proportion of DPAOs in the system increases to 75.10% from 40.30%, on the contrary, PO decreases to 24.9% from 59.70%.
