目的 观察水通道蛋白(AQPs)、紧密连接蛋白(TJPs)在褪黑素(MT)干预前后新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)中表达的变化,探讨它们与缺氧缺血性脑水肿的关系以及MT是否有减轻脑水肿的作用,该作用是否与上述两种水肿相关蛋白有关;进一步探讨HIBD的发病机制并为其综合治疗提供理论依据.
