Objective To investigate the effects of environmental phthalate on human health.Methods The molecular toxicological studies oriented by phthalate related diseases were undertaken;the "biological events" and their "upstream and downstream relations" between "exposure" and "endpoint effects" were focused for revealing the pathogenesis of phthalate related diseases.
