　　The polymorphisms of 17 microsatellite loci of 61 Alpaca(Lama pacos) was detected using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and DNA sequencing technology,and the paternity testing was studied combined with the parents of this record.The purpose is to supply effective microsatellite locus for germplasm resourses evaluation and paternity testing of sheep.

艾叶中咖啡酸酯类成分的抗氧化活性研究

运用层析手段和波谱方法分离和鉴定了艾叶中的3个咖啡酸酯类成分。根据化合物的理化性质及光谱数据鉴定其结构分别为：咖啡酸三十七烷酯(1)，咖啡酸二十二烷酯(2)，咖啡酸十八烷酯(3)，其中化合物l为新化合物，化合物2和3为首次从该植物中分得。同时，采用分光光度法对化合物1-3清除DPPH和ABTS自由基的能力进行测定，实验结果显示，它们具有一定的抗氧化能力。
