Objective:In response to different microorganisms and forms of activation,macrophages can play different roles,and they can be divided into classic macrophages which express cytokines and ebzymes such as iNOS that are proinflammatory or alternatively macrophages which express cytokines and ebzymes such as Arginase that are proinflammatory or alternatively macrophages,as also known as M1 and M2 macrophages.
