Objectives Severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)is an incurable disease characterized by high pulmonary pressure,vascular remodeling and right ventricular hypertrophy.Previous data indicated that angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)involved in the development of PAH;the study using a severe PAH model will be more effective in evaluating the influence of ACE2.
