Biocompatible magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are of potential applications in biological separation,but the development of an appropriate technique including a production process for higher efficient separation and the subsequent immunoassay for lower level still represent a great challenge [1].Interestingly,even though carboxydextran-coated MNPs have been manufactured commercially (under the trade name of Rosovist [2]) as a MRI contrast agent,to the best of our knowledge,a thorough investigation on the amenability of carboxydextran-coated MNPs for facile and regenerable bioassay/bioseparation has not been conducted.

刻槽管是一种性能卓越的吸能元件.本文提出一种新的理论模型以预测刻槽管在轴向冲击荷载下的动力响应.通过与实验结果的对比,验证了理论模型的可靠性,并得到以下结论:(1)刻槽管在冲击荷载下的响应由两个相构成;(2)第一相时间短暂,刻槽管的横向惯性占主导作用.在碰撞后的瞬间,系统的初始动能会随撞击物质量的减小而减小,表现出刻槽管的惯性敏感性;(3)在第二相中,刻槽管的横向惯性效应随角位移的增加而迅速降低,
