This talk covers optical coating used in visible CMOS image sensor and NIR sensor.Organic and inorganic hybrid coating materials are used for visible CMOS image sensor.These hybrid coating materials improve the incident light angular independence and stress of the coating.Si materials are used as high index coating material for NIR sensor from 800 nm to1000 nm.Low absorption and high refractive index of Si coating material are introduced.
