灌水器堵塞是滴灌研究人员普遍关注而又未能很好解决的问题,国内外已有研究显示再生水滴灌系统堵塞与生物膜在灌水器中的累积有着密切关系,但对于灌溉系统中生物膜的研究还仅有零星报道.本文在简要分析滴灌系统中生物膜形成对灌水器堵塞的诱发机制的基础上,重点阐述了滴灌水质和流动剪切力对滴灌系统中生物膜形成的影响及其控制方法等领域的研究进展,最后提出了滴灌灌水器堵塞的微生物学机理及控制模式方面未来急需解决的问题.
