B(a)P as one kind of durable organic pollutant is widely exists in complex organic matrix, for example: B(a)P in cigarette smoke condensate (ng).It has low water-solubility, difficulty biodegradation and has strong carcinogenic for human, therefore its very significance to accurately determine the content of B(a)P.However, to accurately determine the content of B(a)P needs effectively enrich the target in sample and the enriched B(a)P could be easily elution, furthermore, the solid phase extraction materials has prefer reuse performance could also decrease the cost.
