目的分析ALT不合格的因素,为无偿献血招募工作提供参考依据。方法应用迈瑞公司生产的BS300全自动生化分析仪,利用三维和迈瑞公司生产的ALT检测试剂采用速率法进行初复检两次检测。结果在2009～2011年无偿献血的85762份全血标本中,共有7140项不合格项,其中ALT不合格者中就达4923份,占总不合格项的68.95%。结论职业人群中ALT不合格率最高为干部,占49.04%,男性不合格数也明显高于女性,不正确的生活习惯是导致ALT不合格的首要原因。
Objective To analyze the factors of unqualified ALT and provide references for the recruitment of unpaid blood donation. Methods The BS300 automatic biochemical analyzer manufactured by Mindray Company was used to detect the initial retest by the rate method using the ALT detection reagent produced by Mindray and Mindray. Results Among 85762 whole blood samples donated by blood donation in 2009 ~ 2011, there were 7,140 unqualified items, of which 4923 were ALT unqualified, accounting for 68.95% of total unqualified items. Conclusion The highest failure rate of ALT among occupational groups is cadres, accounting for 49.04%. The number of unqualified men is also significantly higher than that of women. The incorrect living habits are the primary reason for the failure of ALT.
