针对辽河油田深井、大斜度井、浅海及滩海钻井的井壁稳定、润滑防卡、环境保护及低压低渗油层保护问题,研制了聚合醇/有机硅钻井液体系、聚合醇/钾钙钻井液体系及聚合醇/KCl聚合物钻井液体系及射孔液。聚合醇是低碳醇与环氧烷的低聚物,是一类非离子表面活性剂,常温下为粘稠状乳白色液体,溶于水。对聚合醇钻井液体系的防塌性、润滑性、配伍性、热稳定性及对环境的影响进行了评价,该体系经数十口各类井应用表明,聚合醇钻井液体系与各种钻井液体系有良好的配伍性,能改善钻井液性能,增强钻井液的热稳定性。具有优良的防塌抑制能力和优良的润滑性,对海洋及环境无影响,能减少对油层的伤害,适用于各种环境的钻井。是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型钻井液体系。

Has excellent anti-collapse inhibition and excellent lubricity, no impact on the ocean and the environment, can reduce the damage to the reservoir, suitable for a variety of environmental drilling. It is a new type of drilling fluid system with a wide range of applications.
