仙人球状FeP2CNTs锂离子电池负极材料的一步法合成及其性能研究

磷化铁因价格低廉、储量丰富和容量高可望用做锂离子电池负极材料但是目前依然存在导电性低,离子迁移率低,颗粒易团聚和锂离子的嵌入与迁出会导致磷化铁体积膨胀引起的粉化等问题.本文通过化学气相沉积法,在高温高压条件下一步合成了一种新型的磷化铁复合物XRD,Raman,SEM,和TEM等表征发现合成的FeP2/CNTs 复合物具有仙人球状的特征形 貌,即球心为微米二磷化铁(FeP2),而刺为碳纳米管.
