  目的:肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cells,CSCs)是肿瘤中具有自我更新能力,目前大部分学者认为是恶性肿瘤复发、耐药、转移及持续生长的根源。本文研究的目的在观察二烯丙基二硫(diallyl disulfide,DADS)对胃癌干样细胞的生长抑制作用。方法:无血清培养法培养MGC803肿瘤细胞球;流式细胞术检测CD44、CD24的表达率;MTT、Transwell侵袭实验、软琼脂集落形成实验观察DADS对胃癌干样细胞的增殖和侵袭能力的影响;RT-PCR、Western blot检测DADS对干细胞信号通路相关基因Shh、Gli1在胃癌干样细胞中表达的影响。
