Objective: To analyze the types of eating disorders, clinical and psychological characteristics of patients with exogenousconstitutional obesity.Materials and Methods: The study included 320 obese patients (165 women and 155 men), mean patient age was 25.0 ± 1,3 years, the experience of obesity-11.3 ± 1.2 years.Group consisted of young people, comparable in age, sex, having a normal body weight.Evaluation of types of feeding behavior (CCI) was carried out with the help of the Dutch questionnaire DEBQ, especially dietary habits were studied using a food diary.To assess the psychoemotional status of the test Kettella used to determine the anxiety scale was used Spielberger-Hanin.Statistical data processing was carried out using the methods of variation statistics using software packages 《Microsoft Excel》》, version 7, 《SPSS》, version 11.5 and 《Statistica for Windows》, version 5 《Megastat》》.Results: Analysis of somatic and psychological characteristics of patients of the group on Cattell test showed no significant differences by gender (p =0.64) and age (p =0.76).According to the questionnaire DEBQ have examined more frequently diagnosed "emotiogenic CCI often recorded-27.1% (x2 =38.11, p <0.0001) in obese patients, the average figures were 3.6 ± 0.23, higher than the similar data the control group (1.98 ± 0.25, p <0.001).restrictive eating behavior was observed in 16.6% of patients, mostly with little experience of illness (1-3 years), the average of the surveyed were 2.88 ± 0.35 (p =0.56), which had no significant difference with the control group (2.0 ± 0.09, p =0.61) "externality" is registered at the Chamber of Commerce 27.15% of the patients, with mean values *3f*3fof 3, 34 (b) (x2 =112.7, p <0.0001) had no significant difference with the control group 3.2 (b).Important psychological factors that contribute to an increase in performance emotiogenic CCI, were personal characteristics of patients who were treated Factors A, C, H, I, Q3, with a positive correlation (r =0.14, p =0.002, r =0.26, p =0.001, r =0.17, p =0.0031, r =0.33, p =0.0006, r =0.42, p =0.009, respectively), especially in family relationships, situational severity (r =0.38, p =0.001), personality (r =0.42, p =0.003) anxiety.Given that the stimulus emotiogenic eating behavior is not hunger, and emotional discomfort, assessed the significance of the influence of psychological factors on the CCI.Important psychological factors that contribute to an increase in performance emotiogenic CCI, were personal characteristics of patients who were treated Factors A, C, H, I, Q3, with a positive correlation (r =0.14, p =0.002, r =0.26, p =0.001, r =0.17, p =0.0031, r =0.33, p =0.0006, r =0.42, p =0.009, respectively), especially in family relationships, situational severity (r =0.38, p =0.001), personality (r =0.42, p =0.003) anxiety.Conclusions:1.At patients with constitutional-exogenous obesity frequently recorded "emotiogenic" type of eating behavior, which correlates with the presence of anxiety and depressive symptoms.2.Emotional tension is a chronic stressful promotes giperaliminatsii, which should be regarded as a defective form of psycho-emotional adaptation, possibly adding to obesity and serving for the formation of a predictor of food addiction.
