目的 比较导管消融术与胺碘酮治疗栓塞高危的阵发性心房颤动(AF)患者的成本效益,通过卫生经济学手段对两种治疗方案进行粗略评价,从卫生经济学角度为患者提供治疗方案建议,力求从患者角度达到利益的最大化,同时为临床工作者及卫生行政决策者制定政策提供依据.
