  Microwave irradiation was recognized in the mid-1980s to be an efficient heating source for chemical reactions and applied in microwave-assisted enzymatic digestion [1-2].Here we report a study on microwave assisted protein digestion of ginkgo with magnetic microspheres immobilizing bromelain.
