　　Hypersensitivity reactions (HSRs) are frequent side effects of iv.administered anticancer nanomedicines and biologicals.These,occasionally severe or fatal allergic reactions are due,at least in part,to activation of the complement (C) system,hence they are called C activation-related pseudoallergy (CARPA).
