冬小麦是我国主要粮食作物之一,其产量高,抗逆性好,营养丰富,有较高的经济价值.然而在黑龙江省种植冬小麦存在很大的挑战,由于本地纬度高,冬季寒冷(有些年份冬季最低温度接近-40℃),南方冬小麦品种不能在这里安全越冬.
