Health Economy is a very important branch of science concerned with issues related to scarcity in allocation of Health & Healthcare system.This concept should be dealt with cost-effective treatment and drugs which is in very early period initiated by Traditional Medicine (TM) that clarified the concepts of efficiency,effectiveness and equality as the essentials of description in earlier Unani Medicine physicians,and philosophers like Avicenna (938-1037) who had written a renowned medical book Cannon of Medicine and the other famous author physician Rhazes (865-925) had written a treatise on ‘Kitāb al-Abdāl’ (The Substitution of Drugs) by describing its need,principles & method of substitutions and listed about 122 numbers substituted drugs with description.
