本研究旨在建立一种可检测3 型鸭甲型肝炎病毒(DHAV-3)的反转录-环介导等温扩增方法(RT-LAMP)。根据DHAV-3 基因的保守序列，设计一套RT-LAMP 引物，以样品的cDNA 为模板，利用Bst DNA 聚合酶，在63℃恒温条件下进行扩增，扩增产物中加入钙黄绿素和氯化锰染色直接或在紫外光下观察判定扩增结果。
