Carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) laminates with large thickness (60mm max) were prepared by compression molding technology as the lightweight structural components of solar array.The technology of zero-bleeding prepreg, progressing pressing, limited maximum molding pressure were taken to solve conflicts between CFRP prepregdebulking, exhausting and control of resin content.
