Plant ceilwall determines plant mechanic strength and other biological properties, and also represents an enormous biomass resource for biofuel and chemical products.In this study, we performed integrative and comparative analyses between cell wall composition/structure and biomass digestibility/or biological property in 200 representative Miscanthus natural-germplasms and 45 typical rice genetic-mutants.
