  Objective:Under the premise of this study is to build the rabbit model of RA, based on the technology of ultrasound guided biopsy, the first part discusses ultrasonic synovitis score and the synovial pathological manifestation of in vivo, compare serum biology and ultrasound imaging,responding to the RA synovial pathological changes in the second part will discuss the ultrasonic imaging is more effective conventional ultrasound to reflect synovial pathological condition, contrast-enhanced ultrasound can quantitatively assess the severity of the synovium lesions.
