个体的正常生长发育和年龄鉴定是动物生物学研究的基础,人工饲养是蝙蝠研究中采用的一种重要方法.为探索饲养条件下中华山蝠能否正常生长发育.2010年6~9月,对野外采回的7只怀孕的中华山蝠(Nyctalus plancyi)进行饲养,测量不同日龄幼蝠的体尺,并进行生长曲线模拟和年龄估算.结果显示:7只孕蝠共产下12只存活的幼蝠(6♀:6♂).其中8只(66.7%)存活到开始独立生活(35d以上),5只
