加油站罩篷网架结构由于罕见雪荷载而破坏,造成大量的人员伤亡和财产损失。针对加油站罩篷网架结构由于无法避免的极大偶然雪荷载而进行分灾设计,以提高结构的安全性适用性分析显得尤为重要。针对极大偶然雪荷载的作用和网架结构(加油站罩篷)的特点,应用ANSYS对结构在极大偶然雪荷载作用下进行模拟分析,根据内力和变形的变化规律,基于结构分灾思想提出了加油站罩篷网架结构的分灾方法,并进行了分灾计算分析。结果表明,分灾设计既可以满足结构的正常使用,又可以在极大偶然雪荷载作用时依靠分灾元件快速减小荷载作用,保证加油站罩篷网架结构的完整性和使用性。
Gas station canopy grid structure destroyed due to rare snow load, resulting in a large number of casualties and property losses. In view of the petrol station canopy grid structure due to the unavoidable accidental snow load disaster design, in order to improve the structural safety of applicability analysis is particularly important. Aiming at the action of great accidental snow load and the characteristics of grid structure (gas station canopy), the structure is simulated under the condition of accidental snow load with ANSYS. According to the variation of internal force and deformation, Proposed a gas station canopy grid structure of the method of disasters, and conducted a disaster analysis and calculation. The results show that the design of disasters not only can meet the normal use of the structure, but also can reduce the load quickly by disassembled components under the action of accidental snow loads, and ensure the integrity and usability of the gas station canopy truss structure.
