目的:研究革叶兔耳草的生药学特征和质量。方法:按常规生药学方法进行来源、性状、显微鉴定,按照2010年版中国药典一部“洪连”项下方法进行薄层鉴别,并采用HPLC法进行含量测定。结果:革叶兔耳草叶粉末导管多为螺纹且大量成束存在可作为其显微鉴别特征。HPLC法可同时测定松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷的含量。结论:该研究为革叶兔耳草的鉴别、质量标准的制订及进一步的开发利用提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacognosy and quality of Leprosy Methods: The source, traits and microscopic identification were carried out according to the routine pharmacological methods. TLC was performed according to the method of Hong Lian of the 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the content was determined by HPLC method. Results: Leprosy leaves powder duct mostly thread and the presence of a large number of bundles can be used as its microscopic identification features. HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of echinacoside, verbascoside content. Conclusion: This study provides a scientific basis for the identification, quality standard formulation and further development and utilization of Rhizoma.
