Objective It is widely considered that hyperinsulinemiceuglycemic clamp is the "gold standard" method for assessing insulin sensitivity in vivo.We sought to assess whether GLP-1analogue liraglutide improve insulin sensitivity in obese mice,and evaluate its effect on the level of adipokine leptin, resistin and adiponectin in serum.
