水稻叶色突变体是研究光合系统结构和功能、叶绿素生物合成及叶绿体发育的理想材料.本试验所发现的突变体al13(t)是从粳稻中花11的组培后代中分离出来的,叶色白化,由于突变株叶绿体发育不正常,不能进行光合自养,在3叶期死亡.
