In DMPK research, there is an universal problem to develop a treatment of plasma samples with high efficiency and satisfying purification.Protein precipitation is adopted as a common tool for it is very easy and fast, however, it cannot remove protein and phospholipid in plasma very well.The remained impurities will usually cause the deviation of result.
