无伴乳头溢液的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤84例临床分析

目的：总结无伴乳头溢液的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤(intraductal papilloma,IP)的临床特点、诊断及手术方式。方法：回顾分析佛山市妇幼保健院2011年2月至2013年10月期间收治的84例(130个病灶)无乳头溢液症状的IP患者的临床资料。

临床病理特征预测前哨淋巴结阳性乳腺癌患者非前哨淋巴结转移的研究

目的：探讨腋窝前哨淋巴结(SLN)阳性乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征与非前哨淋巴结(nSLN)转移的关系。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月至2013年7月广东省妇幼保健院乳腺病中心379例临床分期为T1-2NOMO期、行SLN活组织检查之后完成腋窝淋巴结清扫的乳腺癌患者资料。其中,SLN转移(SLN+)患者共125例,包括70例nSLN转移者(nSLN+组)和55例nSLN未转移者(nSLN-组)。

目的：探讨低毫安电化学疗法治疗后培养液pH的改变对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞诱导细胞凋亡、坏死及抑制细胞增殖关系.方法：按照随机原则分为对照组及实验组,对照组为OC(C：库仑),实验组按电量不同分为4组：3C、5C、10C、20C.每组重复6孔,用不同电量处理MCF-7细胞后培养6h和24 h,通过MTT法、精密酸度计测试法、流式细胞仪和激光共聚焦分别检测细胞抑制率、细胞培养液pH值、观察凋亡和坏死情况

目的：开展品管圈活动降低乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢水肿发生率.方法：成立品管国、选定主题、成立品管圈，以降低乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢水肿为主题，进行现状调查，寻找真因、针对真因拟定对策并实施.结果：品管圈活动后乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢水肿发生率降低(P＜O.01).结论：通过品管圈活动可以显著降低乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢水肿的发生率.
