金属羰基化合物在有机合成中的应用十分广泛,作为路易斯酸在芳香化合物的Friedel-Crafts 反应中表现出了优异的催化性能,如铼配合物催化芳烃与卤代烷[1]以及酰氯[2]的反应;钼配合物催化苯及其衍生物与烯烃或醇的反应[3]。本文以[(η5-C5Me4R)Mo(CO)3]2[R= allyl(1),nBu(2),tBu(3),Ph(4),Bz(5)]/o-Chloranil 作为催化剂体系,研究了取代芳香族化合物与苯乙酰氯发生的Friedel-Crafts 酰基化反应。
