Vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite in the Panzhihua-Xichang (Panxi) region accounts for 35.2％ and 11.6％ of world total titanium and vanadium resources, respectively.The Hongge mineral deposit is the biggest titanomagnetite deposit in Panxi region, with titanomagnetite reserves of 3.55 billion tons.
