　　Objective To determine the prevalence and seasonal distribution of bronchiolitis caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae in infant patients.Methods This retrospective study was conducted in pediatric patients with bronchiolitis from January 2010 to December 2012.Real-time PCR was used to detect M.pneunmoniae DNA.
