核酸适体化学调控及在恶性肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用

恶性肿瘤是严重威胁我国人民生命健康的重大疾病，而目前临床使用抗肿瘤药物己无法满足抗肿瘤药物治疗的需求，因此创造新型恶性肿瘤靶向治疗药物对改善肿瘤治疗现状具有十分重要的作用。核酸适体被称为“化学抗体”，具有与抗体相当，甚至更加优异的特异性靶向能力和高亲和性结合能力，被广泛应用于恶性肿瘤等重大疾病的早期诊断、筛查及靶向治疗中。但由天然碱基构建的核酸适体存在着生物稳定性差、组织穿透能力弱等局限性。
