目的：研究表面麻醉乳膏在皮肤挫裂伤清创缝合中麻醉效果.方法：45名年龄大于16周岁,伤口短于6cm的面部挫裂伤患者被随机分为两组,实验组(n=23)给予EMLA乳膏表面麻醉,对照组(n=22)进行1％利多卡因局部浸润麻醉.采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对患者术中疼痛情况进行评分,记录结果用SPSS13.0进行统计分析.患者随访2周至6个月并记录术后并发症.结果：45名患者伤口长度2.1±0.6cm,实验组和对照组的VAS评分分别为33±19mm和29±8mm.两组无显著差异(p=0.91).术后未见麻醉相关并发症.结论：表面麻醉乳膏(EMLA)用于面部挫裂伤局部麻醉安全且有效,可作为临床选择之一.
