国内外流速仪检定/校准标准研究

流速仪是明渠水文测验中应用最多、最经典的量水设备。本文收集和研究了国内外现行有效的流速仪技术标准66项，对其中10项检测/校准标准的应用范围、计量性能指标进行分析研究，分析研究表明，目前的检测/校准标准覆盖范围不全，《直线明槽中转子式流速仪的检定方法》需要重新修订，此结论为我国检定/校准技术标准的制修订工作提供科学依据。
