　　Objective: Pullulan is a non-toxic, non-mutagenic and water-soluble natural polysaccharide produced from aureobasidium pullulans.Pullulan has attracted lots of interests in pharmaceutical applications because of its excellent biological and physicochemical features, such as its liver-and hepatoma-targeting capability due to its high affinity for asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR).In this study, we design a novel nanopartilce system containing pH-sensitive charge-reversal carboxylate-pullulan derivative (CAPL) and poly(β-amino) ester (PBAE) for hepatoma-targeted drug delivery.
