分别采用包埋法和涂刷法在炭/炭(C/C)复合材料表面制备了MoSi2-SiC内涂层和ZrO2-MoSi2外涂层,借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试手段对涂层的微观形貌和相组成进行了分析,同时研究了涂层在高温静态空气中的防氧化性能,并分析了涂层的防护机制。结果表明:SiC-MoSi2/ZrO2-MoSi2涂层厚度为250-300μm,无穿透性裂纹;添加ZrO2-MoSi2外涂层后,MoSi2-SiC涂层在1500℃静态空气中的有效防氧化时间从160小时延长至260小时以上;涂层中的ZrO2与SiO2发生反应生成ZrSiO4,有效提高了SiO2玻璃薄膜的高温稳定性,进而提高了涂层的防氧化性能。
