"十二五"期间,是卫生系统实施信息化建设战略的关键阶段.14年国家卫生计生委和中医药管理局联合印发《关于加快推进人口健康信息化建设的指导意见》,明确人口健康信息化的建设原则、总体框架、重点任务以及重点工程.继续加强完善卫生监督信息系统,加入新的功能新的理念是卫生监督信息化建设的重点工作.充分利用信息技术,尤其是地理信息系统技术、在线监测技术,推进卫生监督管理系统建设和管理信息化,以信息化提高行政管理水平.
