  In this talk,we will introduce the existence and regularity of eigenfunctions for the Finsler p(> 1)-Laplacian on a compact Finsler manifold M without boundary or with a smooth boundary.Moreover,we shall give a sharp lower bound for the first(nonzero)closed or Neumann eigenvalue for the Finsler p-Laplacian on M with the weighted Ricci curvature bounded from below by a constant K in terms of diameter,dimension and K.
