宁夏积极倡导中阿经贸论坛的长期建设,是宁夏主动落实党中央、国务院2010年7月提出的深入实施西部大开发战略总体目标作出的战略选择,反映了宁夏回族自治区领导对包括天时、地利、人和诸要素在内的发展机遇的准确把握。从自治区致力于中阿经贸论坛建设的投入准备和远景目标设计看,宁夏选择走国际化的道路,为推动宁夏经济的又好又快发展和社会的和谐稳定都上一个新台阶奠定了基础。
Ningxia actively advocated the long-term construction of the China-Arab Economic and Trade Forum as the strategic choice Ningxia took the initiative to implement the CPC Central Committee and State Council in July 2010 put forward to further implement the overall goal of the strategy for the development of the western region, reflecting the leadership of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, including the weather, geography, People and all elements of the development of opportunities for accurate grasp. From the commitment of the autonomous region to the preparations for the establishment of the China-Arab Economic and Trade Forum and the long-term goal design, Ningxia chose to follow the path of internationalization, laying the foundation for a sound and rapid economic development in Ningxia and social harmony and stability to a new stage.
