Spin transfer torque (STT) nano-oseillator has attracted great interests[1-3] due to their potential application in microwave devices.One of the key issues is the improvement of their frequency width and integrated power, which are strongly influenced by Gilbert damping parameter.The rare earth doping in ferromagnetic layer is a well known effective method to regulate the magnetic properties and the influence of surface and interface between magnetic and nonmagnetic layer is considered to be important in multilayers[4,5].
