Network reconstruction involves the integration of several sources of data to describe the biochemical transformations that occur in a given network.Network pathways connect a signaling input to a signaling output.Each of these types of reconstruction has distinct advantages for analytical purposes.Connectivity,causal,and stoichiometric reconstructions will be used to apply in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) healing/regenerative medicine.ACL injury is the most common injury in the United States,especially among active individuals and athletes.The biggest problem is that ACL,unlike MCL,cannot heal itself after injury.About 50% of the population sustained injury to the ACL in various severities.There are several methods to repair ACL today but the ACL reconstruction is the most popular in USA and other countries.However,there are many shortcomings after patient with ACL reconstruction.
