This study generally relates to auxiliary devices that are used to improve dyeability of nylon dyeing and even dyeing property in an infrared dyeing machine(IR dyeing machine), which is most often used for sample dyeing (beaker test) in a dyeing laboratory to prepare for dyeing in a production line of a dyeing plant (plant dyeing) Currently, because the sample dyeing cant be performed in the laboratory by using the same liquor ratio as that of the plant dyeing in a dyeing and finishing company, most laboratories use a liquor ratio above 10∶1 for the sample dyeing.
