血液作为拯救生命的特殊物质,是一种宝贵的资源。血液只能来自人体,再生需要一定时间,一定时间内血液数量是有限的。血站在制定全年供血计划时,必须对以往供血量和影响供血趋势的因素有一个科学的评估~([1])。红细胞是临床最常用的血液成分,其有效期根据添加液的不同而不同,国内红细胞的保存期多为35 d。面对临床大量血液需求和红细胞的时效性,决定了采供血机构既要保持一定量的红细胞库存而又不能大量采集制备。
