X100高纲级钢管的止裂韧性预测和断裂控制参量分析

以X100钢管为研究对象,采用Battelle双曲线法,通过裂纹扩展速度曲线与天然气减压波速度曲线的计算和建立,研究了钢管压力、管径、壁厚、强度和气体介质等钢管工程参数对钢管止裂韧性的影响.结果表明,随着钢管压力、钢管管径、钢管壁厚、钢管强度等参数的增大,钢管止裂韧性的要求值增加.基于对管道传统断裂参量CVN局限性的认识,对管道断裂控制的新参量DWTT进行了表征和分析.建立了DWTT起裂能量密度和扩展能量密度与总能量密度之间,以及DWTT起裂能量密度与CVN总能量密度之间的线性关系.通过DWTT与CVN的对比分析,推荐采用Battelle能量关系式来建立DWTT与CVN的能量关系.

为研究不同土壤含碳量情况下水力特性的变化,采用典型的江西水稻土进行室内水分特性曲线实验。实验采用四种含碳量水平,分别为0%,3%,6%,9%,利用HYPROP与高速离心机联合测定法测定不同含碳量情况下土壤水分特性曲线,并运用V-G模型对实验结果进行拟合分析。结果表明,利用HYPROP系统与高速离心法联合测量土壤水分特征曲线可以实现土壤水分特征曲线的高效准确测定,土壤的饱和含水量随施加生物碳比例的增
为研究码头群连体扩建对河道行洪的影响,应用miki21软件对码头群连体扩建前、后的河道水流流态进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明:码头群连体扩建对河道水流有一定的影响,主河道水流壅水强度和范围较小;码头前沿流速有所增加,但影响强度和范围均不大,基本不改变河道行洪条件。综上,在河道水域建设范围有限的情况下,可通过码头群连体扩建,增加码头运力。
河道边滩在枯水季节不过水,修建在边滩上的造船厂工程在枯季不会对河道的行洪安全产生不利影响;但在洪水季节,水流漫过边滩,若修建好的船只未及时撤离船台而占用了河道的过流面积,则会对河道行洪安全产生一定的影响。本文以北江下游某造船厂为例,分别建立一维和二维水流数学模型,对造船厂兴建前后河道行洪水位、流态的变化进行数值模拟,并对数值模拟结果做出分析,可供类似工程参考。
